Meet Adrienne

Adrienne Felder is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor whose intuitive approach fosters one-of-a-kind sessions that invigorate both body and mind. Originating from the scenic Northwest, Adrienne's passion for Pilates was ignited at the tender age of 13, intertwined with her ballet training. Her journey led her to Hawaii's Mid-Pacific Institute School of the Arts, and later, to the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where an injury needing rehabilitation led to the transformative world of STOTT PILATES®. She became fully certified in 2008 and taught in home sessions through her company “Pilates fit+well” in Austin, Texas. In 2011, Adrienne and her husband made Whitefish, Montana their home, where she deepened her expertise in Pelvic and Pre/Postnatal Pilates, inspired by her experience with four successful home births. Through over 18 years of teaching, Adrienne has remained steadfast in the foundational principles of Pilates, while embracing the contemporary approach with current biomechanical  and physiological advances in medicine and movement. Adrienne guides her clients to uncover their deep inner strength, inspires ease of movement with the understanding  of breath within fitness and wellness. Her sessions not only leave you feeling longer and leaner but also engaged, enhanced, and balanced, as she believes true fitness & wellness stems from nurturing the power within.

Adrienne is an amazing teacher. She has helped me so much with my muscle imbalance issues- I am getting abs, improving my posture, feeling great!

Adrienne is an incredibly thorough and thoughtful teacher. I am recovering from hip surgery and her ability to hone in on exercises that assisted with my recovery was amazing.She is kind and patient and at the same time challenges me on every physical level. I highly recommend her!

Pilates makes me feel so good, but In Home Sessions with Adrienne are a whole different level. Being in my own space allows me to feel confident and her guidance pushes me to reach goals higher than I ever suspected were even possible.
